1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookMe ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform serves as an intermediary connecting customers with various service providers (Vendors) such as salons, clinics, and wellness centers.

2. User Accounts & Verification

To use certain features, you must register for an account using a valid Nepali mobile number or email address. We use One-Time Passwords (OTP) to verify your identity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Each account is personal and non-transferable.

3. Booking & Cancellations

BookMe facilitates the booking process but is not responsible for the actual services provided by Vendors. Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the specific policies of the Vendor you have booked with.

4. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate availability slots, service pricing, and business information. Vendors must ensure that they have the legal right and necessary licenses to provide the services listed on the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

BookMe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform, or for the quality of services provided by any listed Vendor.
